| Brent Busby grew up in central Illinois. Brent
became involved with 8-bit computers during the 80's, moved into
the Amiga, BBS's, UNIX, and the early Internet during the 90's,
and ran a bulletin board system for several years. He spent
several years as a systems support admin for Hamilton Sundstrand,
an aerospace engineering company in Rockford, Illinois. Brent's
personal interests include drums, keyboards, recording, and
astronomy. If you are ever near RI-127, stop by and say hello!

| Paul Lauss also grew up in Central Illinois. Paul
became interested in computers in the late 1980s. His first PC was
a dumb terminal that he used to connect to Bulletin Board Systems
and later the internet. Paul got his professional Administration
support at Acrux (an ISP in Rockford), then worked for Sprint, later
forming his own consulting business before coming to the University
of Chicago in February 2003.
Paul's personal interests and hobbies range from his old 1920s
console radio, recording music, playing guitar, bass, drums, keyboards
and singing.
